80,000 people - what a coicidence, that's exactly how many minifigs I
managed to squeeze in there!
OK, just kidding. @8-) I counted 'em up, and there are 216 minifigs in the
stands, including the emperor's box. I could have crowded more in there,
but I was trying to be careful to only allow non-anachronistic minifigs to
fill up the arena.

I'm guessing that full capacity crowd would be about 250 minifigs.
