Bram,
Once again you show us how it should be done (ack, now 8 wide trucks seem to
small...!). The trailer looks perfect (can't quite see... how does it attach
to the tractor? Does it allow for vertical bending for hills??). I really
would like to see this with slightly larger wheels though (LEGO? Are you
listening? Wheels just under 5 studs Dia please! Pref 1.5 studs wide!).
I know you don't like the 'Creator' style wheels (can't make double wheels
for the rear axles with those) but they are slightly larger than the ones
you used. Also, the technic wheels I used for my trucks (you know which
ones) are a touch larger than those, but as you said, they look like racing
slicks. (plus they don't come in grey... argh!)
Inspiring stuff. (Esp the trailer detailing, the connecting hoses, the
tapered nose, the side view mirrors, and the functional hitch!!)

| (...) Heheh...8 wide trucks are probably fine for 6 wide cars. (...) There's a 2x axle stuck through two 2x2 round plates attached to the bottom of the trailer. The rest of the axle slides into the hole in the fifth wheel. I took a better picture of (...) (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build)
