Hey Y'all:

I just tossed together a webpage of damaged elements with descriptions. As • I
am in the last stages of making a provisional lego element grading system
available, I would be grateful for some feedback.  Please look at the page
and let me know if you find any obvious errors in content, spelling,
grammar, whatever...

I would be particularly grateful to those that could add to my list of • types
of damage that can occur to lego elements.  It would be TOO COOL if you
could provide me with additional images and descriptions of damaged lego.

No pics, but additional types of damage include:
warping (especially large plates and train wagon plates)
cracks in baseplates (and corners broken off)
baseplates cut into smaller non-standard sizes (I still use these, of
course!)
stress marks in baseplates (white/pale patches)
warping of old CA elements, especially 2x4 slopes
staining due to markers etc (eg writing on bricks)
bending of long skinny elements (antennas, masts, etc)
expansion of clips so they no longer hold properly
minifig heads stuck immovably in helmets

I'm sure there are more to add...

Kevin
