When Bricks Go Bad!

Hey Y'all:

I just tossed together a webpage of damaged elements with descriptions. As I
am in the last stages of making a provisional lego element grading system
available, I would be grateful for some feedback.  Please look at the page
and let me know if you find any obvious errors in content, spelling,
grammar, whatever...

I would be particularly grateful to those that could add to my list of types
of damage that can occur to lego elements.  It would be TOO COOL if you
could provide me with additional images and descriptions of damaged lego.

One thing I know about, but have no image of is the torso splitting that
occurs on minifigures from the bottom of the torso to the base of the arm
hole, this damage allows a good arm to spin freely.  Anyone have an image of
that they can share?  Make it BIG!

Richard, you should have come to the BAYLUG meeting on Sunday... I had a tray of totally messed up minifig pieces that you could have checked out. In fact, i have about 20 pounds of yucky pieces at home in oakland; if you want to swing by some (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jul-01, to lugnet.build)
