The hard part would be the flame on the tail.  I tried doing a candle
in Lego as a practice piece, and wasn't too happy with the result.
Flames are so dynamic that trying to model them as a static statue is
very hard.  Also, Lego's color scheme doesn't lend itself too well to
it.  But I may give it a try anyway.  I'll have to buy some more 3033
tubs though - however, they are on sale at TRU for $14.99 this week...
