Thanks, Brad! I wish I could profess to some mathematical methodology for
getting the track links to line up the way they did. Unfortunately, I can't -
I actually just tried to match the links up with the placement of the ones on
the actual model, which I was referring to while building. The angle of each
piece ranges between 1 and 8 degrees, with the smaller angles being at the
bottoms of the sags and atop the rollers.
The first time I went through, I had the sagging too pronounced. When I got to
the last link, it didn't line up with the first one. So I had to go back,
raise the sags a bit; at that point, the links all meshed.
