(...) Cool. Thoa I have to say, the "stairs" appear as more of a ramp than steps to me. Mostly that is because Lego is so blocky, that when I see slight blockiness I guess I let my eyes smooth it out. Anyway, maybe its just me. Love the MOC thoa. (...) (...) Thanks Joe. Those sponsons (the winglets along the bottom of the hull) were a big kludge...I didn't have enough corner slopes to do what I really wanted. Next time I'll use triangular plates on the ends! I'll try that dihedral idea also, (...) (21 years ago, 2-Jan-05, to lugnet.build)

You've packed an amazing amount of detail into that build and it does look like a variant on the real F all right. (although red paint would play havoc (...) This time another alternate model of the 4403 set: (URL) This F44-03 is inspired by the F-14 and the idea of the jet in the official 4403 building instructions. The wings are linked and can be folded or unfolded by pulling or pushing the grey slopes (...) I was just looking at the "dots" of the monster thread of "Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)" and I think I'll build it in LEGO® elements! It is an interesting compromise you made, using that part and the 3x3 plate with corner cut off but otherwise restricting yourself to non rounded, non sloped, full (...) Hi all, 1) In April I designed a LEGO-version of the wooden puzzle-cube (in MLCad). (URL) 2) In May it was followed by the spherical version of that very same puzzle (also in MLCad).
