Marc,
I have tons and tons of these around my apartment in Annandale, and yes, the
Metro was one of the first things I thought of. The next was that I wanted to
record the sound and use it as a spacedrive engine noise at some point, but I
haven’t gotten around to it yet. I hope I don’t wait too long, or it will be a
while until I get another chance.
One thing about the MOC, which is both awesome and original: they just don’t
look creepy enough compared to the real thing. I had a friend over from out of
state this weekend, and he refused to go outside because they creeped him out so
much.
Still, very cool little guys!
