I've got the other ten L5R dragons designed, but most of them are still
waiting on parts (especially all of those pretty Rahkshi hip-joints).

Ah, so the gatling gun _mount_ is designed to rotate, huh? Well,
that's probably the easiest way to make the guns themselves spin without
completely scrapping the design.
