Does one exist?
I'm thinking of pages with a color chart and bunches of parts.
Then you could make a book out of it as a kind of reference manual for parts
and then choose them individually and mark a list of what you need either
with stickies or with a pencil and reprint the pages.
The reason I am thinking this way is that my studio and my computer are on
two different levels of the house and my building style is that of
prototyping.
Ill build something by shape first then go back and figure out the colors
and order the parts accordingly. This seems to work for most things so long
as I steer clear of the more harder to find color-piece combinations.
But it would be real nice to have a visual dictionary of lego parts that I
could use to reference what I need to go put into the computer to purchase.
Also would help for days when I need to resupply and I wanna go through my
collection and mark what I am low on and in what colors.
I am a newb so maybe someone already has a better solution to my dillema?
My ideal solution would be to be rich enough to own a laptop with a wireless
network and just bring bricklink into my studio. :D But thats not gunna
happen any time soon.
