Beautiful. I especially like the train bridge. You must have very steady
hands to build on top of the stacks of 1x1 bricks!

Thanks for the complement!  I gotta admit, those 1x1s were a bit tricky.
Some inspection was required of them.  If you have any old ones and you
connect them to any brick with a stud, you might be able to see a thin
crack.  I tried to get rid of as many of those as I could, one of those
weakest link sort of things.  At first I tried to set down the platform in
individual units (8 of them) and set each above the 1x1 columns but that was
a royal pain (cluch tube damage to the 2x8s).  So, I broke down each unit
into just to get the 2x8s only on the 1x1s then lay the rest above it.

Originally, I was going to use 2x2s but got hit by the "Hum, what if?" and
ened up using the 1x1s instead.  Brick Link to my rescue!  (1440 were
required)

Do you plan to incorporate the train bridge into a layout?

Cary

At this time, no.  Got some stuff outside SCLTC I gotta get done but I'm
working out variations of Study 5 (HINT: Study 6 and 7 coming soon) and it's
a safe bet those will be in the 2003 layouts.
