I have never been able to get to grips with LDraw, so will
attempt to describe how it is built!
The parts needed:
2x 3933 (left-handed, 65 degree, space wing plate).
2x 3934 (right-handed, 65 degree, space wing plate).
4x 3020 (2x4 plate)
7x 3023 (1x2 plate)
3x 3710 (1x4 plate)
1x 3022 (2x4 plate)
2x 3034 (2x8 plate)
2x 3031 (4x4 plate)
2x 3032 (4x6 plate)
2x 3035 (4x8 plate)
1x 3958 (6x6 plate)
Step 1: line up the wing pieces, oriented as follows-
/\
/--\   The 6x6 plate lines up with the bottom edge of the
bottom two wing plates (represented by the two dashes). It fits
in just nicely. There is a little ¬ like notch, into which each
wing fits.

Step 2: To attach the 3 plates together, place
1 stud in from the bottom the 4x6. You should have 1 row of
studs at the back. Either side of that goes a 1x2 plate,
with the studs aligned "north-south", again leaving one stud
free behind. In front of the 4x8 goes a 4x6, oriented 6 studs
wide. Then a 2x4, oriented 2 studs wide. You should have 2
rows of 2 studs at the front. Next, place a 2x8 plate on the
back row of studs. Then, 1 row in, a 1x4 plate, (oriented 4
studs wide), then a 4x4 plate, and another  2x4 in front of
that (again, oriented 2 studs wide).

Step 3-Repeat step 2, but placing the same plates, in the
same configuration, underneath.

Step 4- Using 3 1x2 plates, place them underneath, centred,
in the centre row of holes. 1 in the 4x4, and one each in
the 2x4's. This finishes off the angular look, and provides
a mini stand.

Step 5- The bridge. Place the 2x2 plate on top, overlapping
the 1x4 and 4x4 plate. 2 more 1x2 plates make up the tower,
and they should be placed on the back 2 studs of the 2x2.
On top of those, place the 2 remaining 1x4 plates.

There you have it! A small, plate-only, super-micro-fig
scale Star Destroyer! The wing plates are 65 degrees, and
I believe the actual wedge shape is more like 70-75 degrees,
but this is a small version!

I have also built another version, using 10 of these space wing
plates. With much more surface area, I am able to more easily
represent the tapering surface area.

Hopefully I will be able to take pictures of them, despite their
being in black, before I demolish them to make TIE fighters (see
below).

I have attempted to try and model it in LeoCAD, and am still
trying! Not very good with it, yet....

I have also built a star destroyer, using only pieces from the
5 SW sets. The front tapers too much, unfortunately, but provides
a vague representation of a Star Destroyer.

Karim, who must take credit for the inspiration to build to this
scale, had also suggested a solution for making TIE fighter solar
panels using X-Wing wings...
Using these same classic space wings will also work, but not to the
scale of the minifig. Well, maybe, if I had more of these...
Take 2 of each, (L&R) seperated by 2 2x16 plates, aligned as such:

You are left with two two-stud wide gaps, but provides the necessary
shape. I am quite sure that this would still work, scaled up, should
you have enough!
