LEGO Window & Door History - Part 3 —Gary R. Istok
I got a request recently to say a few more things about LEGO windows. I have to admit, though, that I don't know too much about the newer 1990's windows, and maybe someone else can take the baton for Part 4 -1990's windows (Town Jr.), for some of (...)      (...) A question about windows: In the late 80s I bought Calssic Windows packs from S@H. The pack included 1x1, 1x2, 2x1, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4 and 3x5 red windows (I think 2 of each). Do you recall the set numebr and piece count? (26 years ago, 30-Mar-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: LEGO Window & Door History - Part 3 —Joshua Delahunty
(...) That's not entirely true. I HELP with the LUGNET/Pause database. I scour through old scans of different brochures, both those I own and those from the 'net. I dig through folks' reference web sites, all in the attempt to get the data on Pause (...) (26 years ago, 1-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: LEGO Window & Door History - Part 3 —Jeff Stembel
(...) I'm sure most people would use the catalogs. If Gary actually remembers where all the windows come from, I have one thing to say: I want your recall capabilities! ;) Anyways, I'll just post corrections/additions when part 4 gets posted. ;) (...)          Re: LEGO Window & Door History - Part 3 —Gary R. Istok
Right vs. Left hand doors are another interesting LEGO variation (like the classic window "sill" vs. "sill-less" varieties). I know that with the Classic Doors (3 bricks high), the 3 colors they come in are red, white, yellow. Of these I have both (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-99, to lugnet.build)
