(...) He did. And following on from the replies, it does match the profile of some of the trans yellow Blacktron space pieces we have so I can see now how it could be a corner piece for them. What was confusing me was what one of the other posters (...) (26 years ago, 18-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Weird piece 4737

(...) Agreed. (...) Profile wise, the pieces are not compatible. Bad ascii art warning: 2468 looks like \ \ \ | | | / / / while 4737 looks more like \ \ \ \ | / / / / Much less vertical surface. (...) But didn't Kev get the part number from off the (...) (26 years ago, 18-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

If it's this piece : (URL) (in black too) I think these are used in M:Tron 6956 (URL) to the question "why name it window", I think they do have the same profile as the bowed out window that you can make from (URL) its lower 1/2 counterpart (slopes (...) (26 years ago, 18-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Weird piece 4737

Classic space set Solar Power Transport has them in grey. I still have all four of mine. These are funky corner pieces, and I can totally see why they've not been reissued. I wish that the "pockets", the concave areas, were inside. It's hard to (...) (26 years ago, 18-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

  Weird piece 4737

The classified ad haul I've been going through today contained a couple of pieces I would call _really_weird_. They are number 4737 and the various element catalogs describe them as "Window 4x4x6 outward sloping corner". These are solid black so I (...) (26 years ago, 18-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: Web site updated with new Antiv DS-9 Cruiser

Pretty cool ship. Too bad black is so hard to photograph. I am sure it looks better in real life. Maybe a lite color piece here and there on the upper deck would help the photo. Good job overall. Bob Fay rfay@we.mediaone.net The Shop (URL) Justison (...) (26 years ago, 17-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

Web site updated with new Antiv DS-9 Cruiser

  Re: Attaching a chain...

(...) I *have* played around with the pinned gear idea. I used two 1x2 axle hole bricks (stacked) with axles and two of the tiny gears, with the end of the chain between the gears. This works quite well, and I may end up using it to hold the chain (...) (26 years ago, 16-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)
