Playing around with minifig parts, I came up with this: Brown Aviator Cap Black Goggles Hoth Trooper Torso Beige Arms Black Hands Brown Hips Beige Legs It's the most accurate I could get with my available parts. I doubt that TLC would have had any difficulty making something similar to what I created. It's similar to the real BD-5, but it's different enough in scale and detail that it couldn't really be construed as any kind of copyright issue. I think they (...)
