Check out (URL) have scanned both variants of the piece and the different instruction steps immediately prior to fitting it to the loco. The piece has the same number, (which I forgot to note!), but one has what I think is a mould number 1 and the (...) (26 years ago, 5-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) Well, the Space Shuttle, 8480 is at minifig scale. Wouldn't it be nice to have a Space Shuttle at technifig scale? Of course if you really wanted to, you could add the booster rockets and the transportation platform as well. Now that would be (...) (26 years ago, 5-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)

The other day I was looking through my collection of minifig tools, which I don´t use too much, BTW. As most people will have realized, most of these tools are much too large for minifig scale. I.e. the walkie-talkie, which is almost as long as the (...) (26 years ago, 5-Feb-99, to lugnet.build)
