(I'm not a lawyer, but if I were, I'm sure I could dredge up some precedent / example here. There was a special exception added (...) (...) You're thinking trademark. Mladen has (at least in the US) a copyright over anything he has created. One can *register* a copyright, which makes it much easier to defend in a court of law, but one does not need to register to actually hold a (...)
