  Re: Site Update - 3 Micro-Fig Models

Mladen Pejic wrote in message ... (...) Any chance you'd consider making minifig-scale versions? Not that there's anything wrong with with the micro versions, they're great, but minifig versions would be spectacular, especially the gunship! Cheers, (...) Uh, uh, ouch. Looks like you two should both take a deep breath and let it out... sloooowly... no reason for bashing each other, really. Okay listen, in my message I told Rick in the nicest way something about his models, and you, for some reason get on my and others back for just giving Rick some constructive critism. Hi Bradley, Your cannons sound neat! (...) If you haven't yet checked out www.brickshelf.com you should go to it. It's the best instruction scan site on the internet, with many, many scans, is easy to use, and will help you with almost all, if not all, sets from before 1997. Alan (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Turntable hints needed

(...) A good start would be the Technic turn table, but that might not support enough weight. You could increase the weight supported by putting wheels around the rim of the turn table (and buy a few 2x2 tile bulk packs to make a smooth track for (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.build)

  Turntable hints needed

Has anyone built a motorized turntable to rotate their display models? I'd like to build such a contraption with a 20x20 stud base and the capability to support at least 2-3 pounds of bricks. Any suggestions? Spin well, Andreas Stabno (URL) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.build)

Rick, first of all, you never have to ( and you SHOULD never FEEL you have to ) explain, condone, justify, or otherwise defend your creations. To anybody. For anything. I think your models have great merit. Should a nation at some point in time (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.build)
