Nothing. It's just that prior to seeing your model I had decided to work on my own design. I still plan on carrying through with this, but I don't want to be influenced too much by other peoples' design; else I'll be wondering what is my idea and (...) (...) favorite (...) No, I disagree. They're fairly crude mech designs. They're all obviously designed as polygonal wireframes for the game, then the facets painted in by a comic artist. Here are some pretty decent images that were done in a 3D CAD program. (URL) I may make a suggestion, I think your beginning design could use a bit of contouring.
