  Re: minifig bounty hunters?

(...) Hello, I think you may be referring to a pic that was on my site. It had Dengar, IG 88, and a Boba Fett being talked to by Vader. I did use the ninja hood and grey legs for Dengar. I would give the url, but the pic isn't up anymore. cheers! (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.starwars)

  Pirate Project

This weekend I finally sat down and started on my "Red Seas Barracuda". My original intent for the RSB was to use Red Beard Runner hulls, and build a ship using the BSB directions but using dark grey instead of black as much as possible, and red (...)   Re: minifig bounty hunters?

(...) Well I don't have time to find it but I know someone built a Dengar fig at one point about a year ago. I think they used the White Ninja hood?-sorry don't know the offical name.   Re: New Mecha -- "Maniac" Special-Tactics Mecha

Well, I figure that, since mecha represent a tech level higher than our own, IR technology would also be subject to that improvement. If the mecha creates the levels of heat you describe, then the dissipating vanes would still give off enough heat (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha Animation

<DROOL> That is sooo coooooool, Pat, can't wait to see what else you got up your sleeve. BTW when I first saw you mecha I didn't know whether it was humanoid mecha or more like a Madcat from _BattleTech_. Anyway, I think it looks like a bit of both! (...) Of course, Mark. It is intended to infiltrate a base/facility/wareho.../whatever, shoot everything in sight, and still be able to come out alive. That's why it has such a variety of weapons, lasers and SRM3 for troops/light vehicles, auto-cannon for (...) (25 years ago, 7-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: lego vampires?

(...) Until TLC gets hip, customs is the way to go here... Two miniheads come immediately to mind: the lego skulls and the gasgano head -- and the latter is essentially not even a custom, but very useable as a zombie or vampire head (I happen to (...) The big ol' heat dissipating vanes on its back would make it very noticeable on infrared... but Mladen never said it was a "stealth" mecha. Stealth mecha generally dont pack gobs of "ka-boom" :^) I get the impression that this is a (...) (25 years ago, 7-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
