Of course, Mark. It is intended to infiltrate a
base/facility/warehouse/whatever, shoot everything in sight, and still be able
to come out alive. That's why it has such a variety of weapons, lasers and
SRM3 for troops/light vehicles, auto-cannon for tanks, apc, small buildiing,
"Ka-Boom" cannon for punching holes through heavy mecha/vehicles/big buildings,
oh! and a flamethrower to leave a nice scorching fire... ;-)

But, Mark wouldn't the dissipating vanes help reduce IR readings just a bit?

Stealth mecha generally dont pack gobs of "ka-boom"  :^) I get the
impression that this is a shoot-first-ask-questions-later mecha.

Well go check it out if you wanna!

Sweet. The one thing I see that could be a weakness is the exposed • fuel tanks,
that could be hit during a side attack. Other than that it is invicible.

Well, I figure that, since mecha represent a tech level higher than our own, IR technology would also be subject to that improvement. If the mecha creates the levels of heat you describe, then the dissipating vanes would still give off enough heat (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
