Well, my mecha was unleashed upon the unsuspecting troopers of Stephen Roberts in the first Wamalug Brickwars event on Saturday, and proceeded to slaughter them mercilessly! :) Anyway, a few pics can be found here: (URL) It still needs a little bit (...) just some random fun. I was putting some parts away last night, and while I had my "misc. rounded parts" box open, I played around with some of the pieces inside... and came up with a remarkably good top (you know, those things you spin) take three (...) (25 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.build)

Nice work Mladen! You're site is enormous with quality models! Judging from the amount of high quality mecha MOCs being shown it might be a good time for a Mecha design contest! Thanks a lot Jeremy (and Mark, and Bram)! My favourite addition to this mecha was the stunstick, which is standard issue equipment for the Police Labors (i.e. Mecha) in _Patlabor_, I just wanted to through that obscure piece of info to ya'll! Wow, what a piece of work! I'm not building on quite the scale you are, or the authenticity, so I quite respect what you've been able to accomplish here. (...) ...Whoa... those arthropods are cool! :-) I like the use of the 3 blade rotor thingie as the basis for the teirachnid! Yeah, all of my mecha have entry hatches. I was going to do a pic of the inside but I was getting very tired and just wanted to put it on the net. But even if the pilot wanted to get inside the mecha, the chair would stop him, you see the chair (...) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Mladen, I noticed your mecha has a door on its back. Do any of your other mecha have entry hatches? If so, I'd like to see a picture of a pilot entering or sitting in the cockpit... just one of those "RL" touches that I think are neat. ~Mark (...) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
