| Hi all Mecha builders, I have been asked to organize a Apocalyptic Mecha City Project (AMCP) display for BrickFair in Northern Virginia this summer. | Since it's very unlikely that the tank would be done for the Indiana Jones sets, I tried to do my version of it based from pics that I found in the book From Star Wars To Indiana Jones. Now it's on display in the LEGO store at Bridgewater Mall in (...) (17 years ago, 16-Feb-08, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !

| (...) And my apologies for responding to myself but... aren't you somewhat of an expert of multi-layered, multi-hinged shapes? You could probably do something really neat by hiding a multi-angled shell under plates stuck on studs up (or even with (...) (17 years ago, 16-Feb-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

| (...) Angling some wing plates is the only solution I'm aware of and it's not that great IMO. Basically it's a nasty problem. You may be able to try something tricky with 1x1 slopes too. Tim (17 years ago, 16-Feb-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

| (...) Duane, a 3x3 (double concave) 33 degree "valley" slope has not yet been produced by LEGO. Neither has a 1x2 (triple) 33 degree half pyramid roof peak, nor the parts needed for an "L" or "T" roof ridge. So that makes it difficult to produce a (...)
