Re: Disparaging remaks and charges of being elitist

(...) Well, I didn't write that, but I still feel lucky that I've never met you in person. (19 years ago, 7-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Disparaging remaks and charges of being elitist

(...) --SNIP-- Perhaps you should consider not tarring an entire online community with one brush just because one member of that community says something you don't like. You have also quoted that person out of context which is somewhat rude. JLUG (...) (19 years ago, 7-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Disparaging remaks and charges of being elitist

I was forwarded this little gem from the mean spirited people that frequent jlug. This is far from the first time postings with my name have been brought to my attention. Even newbies have contacted me expressing disgust with the nature of the hate (...) (19 years ago, 7-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.mecha) !!

  Re: Ghost Rider

(...) That's a really nice looking motorcycle, and using Ghost Rider is a great idea. In fact, superheroes in miniland scale would be a fun extention of this project--Captain America, the Hulk, and Thor all come to mind quickly. The chrome accents (...)   Ghost Rider

Introducing: Ghost Rider in Miniland scale. Inspired by the choppers in Miniland New Orleans, I decided to build my own, and needed a rider. Who better than the tragic hero Ghost Rider. (...) The Urban Commando vigs are outstanding...it's so difficult to capture a sense of decay or grit, but you've done it. The doors..both the boarded up entrance and the roll-up door really stand out. The Coporate Exec-utioner was great too. -Keith (19 years ago, 6-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Hina-Matsuri (Girl's Day)

Hina-matsuri is Girl's Day in Japan, and is celebrated on March 3rd.   Re: Larger sized human sculpture

Update on 3 digit LEGO calculator (Babbage Difference Engine)
