Re: Could we all let it alone? (Was Re: Moonbase Module - Mech Bay 07)

Hi Danny, Let me just say, that I am very sorry to have you see all this negativity. I have to share the blame. I have a tendency to confront people when they are mean to me. Is that a good thing? Not really. I just got off the phone with a noted (...) (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: Moonbase Module - Mech Bay 07

(...) Hi Adrian, your the EXACT person I was thinking of. I should have held a sorting party. I have a new rule in my studio area. When my friends come to visit, they have to help sort. At any rate, sorting your amazing Tribunal project is exactly (...) (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Moonbase Module - Mech Bay 07

(...) The exterior of the Tribunal looks like mostly basic blue and white brick. That part couldn't have been too bad. The interior, though, and detailing must have been a big pain. I had an event about 3 years back where I put out most of the space (...) (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

Okay people. I am new to .mecha (about 5-6 months) - but not at all to LUGnet in general. I am have missed what ever transpired before, but this particular volley has left me a little saddened, enough that I think I might leave .mecha alone for a (...) You think sorting all that stuff is bad? Try sorting a (URL) Tribunal> some time. 9 months to put together that behemoth was. I understand the pain, eric. For once I actually agree with you ;) Adrian (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Motorized microscale train

(...) Ah yes, crossposting. I think the concept finally stopped eluding me ;) (...) There is a little gap between the baseplate and the magnet below, but the pull between both magnets is so strong that they'll stretch the chain a little and come (...) (...) Well well well, lookie here. Someone I never got a chance to say Thank You to. ...and if it ain't Mr. Goldman him self, you frelling magnificent bastard. If I had half the trans green 2x2 bricks you do, (and I do) I'd feel at liberty because I (...) (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Bro, you don't even post to just say hi to anyone. So posting twice in a month for you is arrousal at it's best. Who's talking. Aside from that, you should know, as a newsgroup Curator, in .mecha I try to help keep a flow going. Aside from my (...) (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Could we all let it alone? (Was Re: Moonbase Module - Mech Bay 07)

I'm going to stick this in at the beginning of the mess, because I'm not sure where to stick it, and because quite frankly I doubt anyone will read it. Rob and Co: I can appreciate wanting to get Eric to quit lugnet in a huff, I really can. I'm sick (...) (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space) !!

  Re: Motorized microscale train

(...) Simple elegant design. but you forgot to crosspost to the most important group, Microscale. :) The inverted baseplate is such a simple idea, one question though, do the magnets have to be pressed up to the underside of the baseplate, or can (...)   Re: Another offer from JJ's: escritoire & iron stove

(...) Nice work Jojo. Although I agree that the vignette "wow effect" is missing, it doesn't detract from the great part selection and attention to detail. (...) Hi Allister, It's not the first time that someone has posted about the 'undevelopement' of a MOC. You may recall that I did, back in (URL) post>, and yet you did not pounce on that as an opportunity to attack me. Why not? You participated in (...)   Re: Moonbase Module - Mech Bay 07

(...) Exactly. I am really not interested in politics, I get enough of that at my day job office. However - this did sound like a promising thread on sorting and storage.   Re: Studless Brick Wall Study

Yes, that is one way of doing it. But I don't have that kind of quantity of those parts.
