Re: ISCC entry by Michael Jasper

(...) Which is why I'm glad .trains finally got a co-curator... the original curator was SUCH a slacker! Glad someone's doing stuff! (19 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: ISCC entry by Michael Jasper

(...) which is why I added it to the sidebar a coupla days ago! I was going to add it last week but I was waiitng for a story to go with the Brickshelf images. It is cool isn't it? Tim (19 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: ISCC entry by Michael Jasper

(...) Wow. I plowed through it in the original German, then babelized it for good measure, and it appears to be a retelling of part of Gulliver's travels, set in a railway millieu. VERY well done. (19 years ago, 18-May-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.trains, FTX)

  ISCC entry by Michael Jasper

Hey all, Check out this great ISCC entry by Michael Jasper. I haven't bothered to Babelfish the text yet, but it's a combination of fig-scale and micro-scale train stuff. (4 URLs) Bruce (19 years ago, 17-May-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: CSI : Mecha

(...) Technic lends itself to cross reinforcement. Apart from gears, that's one of the coolest things about it, the ability to lock everything together. You only need to be careful about not locking things together in a way that may cause a Lego (...) (19 years ago, 17-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: CSI : Mecha

(...) I think I have more than 50 turntables, eek! If I disassembled all of my constructions, I'd need to double my part storage bin space. Only two models have Teknomeka frames. The back two Gundams have earlier technology under their skins (...) (19 years ago, 17-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Tune up your 8652 Enzo

Like quite a few others I thought it was too bad the 8652 Enzo didn't have more functionality, so I did a little modification myself. (URL) Well, to be honest, it's not as much a modification than a plan for one. The pictures only show the (...) (19 years ago, 17-May-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Mecha at Brickfest 2005!

Will the mecha room also include all things anime but not mecha related. For example, will your Salamis Kai be in the Space room or in Mecha? (19 years ago, 17-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  MOC - Cribbage game board

I found a new use for Technic plates, axles and bushings, along with a few other bricks and plates. Behold, the Cribbage Board MOC! Due to the length-to-thickness ratio, it tends to be rather flexible. However, after a few designs, re-designs, and (...) (19 years ago, 17-May-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !
