  Re: Someone post

(...) Hi Bruce, Yes, Jean-Yves AKA Torb is FreeLUG member. He doesn't post on FreeLUG neither. He is more in brickfilms than anything else but as a friend of another vignette builder (Alban AKA banban (URL) (1)) he has enjoyed creating these vigs. (...)   Re: Ham - The Space Monkey

Gorgeous, Nelson. I did a spit take when I saw (URL) photo>. (That's a good thing.) Fine details all around. It's cool enough that you built a space monkey, but the props in the Monkey House really help define this guy, and are brilliantly executed. (...) (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Someone post

(...) Someone post so I can change the featured MOC! (...) Hey Nate, These aren't mine, but here are some vigs that haven't been discussed on Lugnet: How about Dark Avenger's (URL) of Star Wars duels>? (URL) Also, about every week or so (URL) Shane (...)   Re: Meteor

Hey Nelson, There's some interesting SNOT work there...though it looks like an alien craft rather than a meteor. Hmm. It is quiet here. Someone post so I can change the featured MOC! -- Nathan Wells (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Cottage

(...) Thanks, the grill is my favorite detail as well; funny how a whole creative effort can produce/distill one gem in a larger MOC. Jeff (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

  Response

I just wanted to say thank you for all the positive responses from the community. I was worried my designs might not stand up to the scrutiny of my peers. Give me a few days to rest before I take pics and post the rest of my stuff. I spent 10 hrs of (...) (19 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Cottage

Jeff: Wonderful little grill. Very inventive use of the white fence piece as the grate. Other great details are the hood using two low slope corner pieces and your use of four 1x2 dark gray tiles on each side to make it look like a tiled countertop. (...)   Re: Quad-C Inline Chopper

My big question would be 'what were you smoking when you thought this up?'. Fantastic, Jeff! I love the motorbike. I was standing near Bryce during the first three hours of your competition, so I knew what he was cooking up. Yours is complete, and (...)   Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

Hey there, Jeff! As I mentioned the other day, I love this! It's HUGE, solid, and doesn't lack in detail. I'd love to see more pics/closeups if at all possible. -Dave (19 years ago, 25-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Quad-C Inline Chopper

(...) sure did Jeff. This is uber cool. I don't think I'd want to ride it however. But then I don't care to ride much of the crapola that comes out of the OCC.   Re: Ham - The Space Monkey

Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

Sweet ship, Jeff! I love the way you interlock different slope bricks to create different planes. I find the scale of it especially satisfying--vast without threatening to crush small onlookers.
