  Re: MOCs: Bunker and Motorcycle

(...) Peter, you need to put the URL of the deep link, not the gallery page. Click once more on each pic to get a URL like this: (URL) and then put it in brackets - it will show up like below. But I would also suggest reducing the size of your pics. (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  MOCs: Bunker and Motorcycle

Hello out the there! You (of course) won’t recognize me because I have never posted in this group before! I am looking forward to becoming an active member here. I do how ever have one question: I am a Lugnet member meaning I’m on the list of (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: My Second MOC

(...) Hey Felix, thanks for the encouragement. As I said above, it's because of what everyone else has achieved (and posted) that I've been able to build any of this. And, no. I don't feel any pressure ;) Hope all's well- Cyndi (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle)

  Re: My Second MOC

(...) I'm 'you' in drag, you're 'you' not-in-drag ;) (...) It was great to meet you too, I really admire your work and it was fun to meet you in person. Thanks for the encouragement!! Cyndi (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle)

  Re: Grayscale Mosaics

(...) Maybe -first of all- we need a good definition of "dithering": Your left image shows no dithering at all. I see a similar conversion method as the one I used on the mosaic of (URL) my children>. I simply divide the total image in X fields of (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

  Thornton Truck Gallery

I haven't found a post about this gallery yet. Actually, I haven't been on in a few weeks and did a search of Thornton under News and didn't find anything. Very nice round of North American trucks in 8 wide. There seems to be a number of Oshkosh (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Cornered roofs

(...) I have read this a number of times, printed it, read it in the bus. I am sorry, I cannot follow this. Appearantly, you have used it in your Mediterranean windmill. Are there any chances, that you can provide _any_ picture of this? Or someone, (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.schleim)

  Re: The Beeesh

OMG, its Mladen! I shall I shall! I'm not worthy, hail, I'm not worthy, hail,... ye, ye yyy, yyyes I managed to combine the articulation modules in to a more compact arrangement this time, while discarding the notion of fancy detail. gulp sir. (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Beeesh

Hey Eric, long time since I've replyed to one of your posts... Anyways, well done! I really like the Beesh. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't the Beesh have slimmer, more compact joints than some of your earlier bots? It looks a bit sleeker, (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: The Beeesh

(...) Thanks for the kind compliments. I will. I just had to get this build out of the way so to speak. Any suggestions? I do have so new things in the wings, but would like to entertain dares or ideas. (...) e (URL) Biomechanical Bricks> (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: The Beeesh

(...) Tah ha, ya I'm thumb dumb. (...) This was a must and thus the robot was built. (...) I have a little Kevin Clague in there and he powers it. (...) I missed not having a robot like that around (GG Mech) so I made myself another one. Isn't Lego (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Beeesh

(...) ty, this is a replacement Mecha for the fallen Gomgile. Updated and perfected. I have worked for many years to build my family. When one fades away, I ressurect it. Sometime the in the same vein with new tech. Or sometimes it may become (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: The Beeesh

(...) waddatowwah. (...) Gomgile died. It's parts lay about unused. A gap in my line up has occured. The Beesh fills that gap and brings back the feel that was once there. Gaining back my circle. My body of work. I was down a robot. Now I'm back up. (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Beeesh

(...) -snip- (...) -snip- (...) ty, I was able to pin down a few techniques with the Beeesh that I had trouble with before. e (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Grayscale Mosaics

Maarten, My mosaics are more than just a dithering of the 5 grayscale lego colors. In MLCAD, using a dithering of the 5 colors, I create a palette of 9 colors that I feel tricks the eye into seeing more shades, and therefore a clearer image. Here's (...)   Re: Shiny new things

(...) Soren, Greetings! And, Dang!, you've been busy. Okay, so I briefly checked out the Fuchikoma, Hurricane, Tachikoma, and the Small Arms folders last week. Rockin' creations. However, I didn't think it appropriate to post without looking at the (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
