Hello out the there! You (of course) won’t recognize me because I have never posted in this group before!

I am looking forward to becoming an active member here. I do how ever have one question: I am a Lugnet member meaning I’m on the list of members etc. etc. but I can’t seem get images in my posts after putting the URL in << >> Tips? Tricks? (If images appear in this post it just means, you can’t see them in preview and I won’t need any help if not….) And oh yeah what this post was really supposed to be about my bunker and motorcycle:

The bunker outer:

Basically I tried to keep it from looking like an ABS plastic shoebox by putting various pieces of equipment inside. The thing in the corner with the chair is a TV camera and TV for live communication with head quarters. Gallery with all the pictures:

and the motorcycle:

I don’t know where I saw that technique for attaching the front wheel but I give credit to who ever thought of it in the first place. The rubber band was my idea and I am open to suggestions on ways to get rid of it while maintaining a tight grip on the wheel.

These MOCs don’t represent any specific things in real life but are just the result of playing to much Command & Conquer: Generals (which I highly recommend if you like computer real time strategy games on the computer). They were both something of an exercise in making something look low-tech without looking primitive. Comments on if succeeded or not are of course welcome.

(...) Peter, you need to put the URL of the deep link, not the gallery page. Click once more on each pic to get a URL like this: (URL) and then put it in brackets - it will show up like below. But I would also suggest reducing the size of your pics. (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)
