  First MOC: Cuckoo Clock

Hey everybody! This is my first attepmt at posting on brickshelf.com. Lets hope I didn't mess up too bad! (URL) is a model I constructed while at LEGOLAND, but it never did get to be used for its intended purpose. Luckily, I was able to get it as my (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build) !!

  Re: Mecha-Domokun

(...) Haha! That's too much. You got the face of the Domokun perfectly. Well done. Your pictures look great too. Nice photography skills! Adrian (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mecha-Domokun

Expertly done. It has realistic mecha details, yet is wacky at the same time. Wackalistic. Yes, a Mecha-Domokun is inevitable when japanese pop culture has reached Domokun saturation, regardless of how wacky such a mecha would be. It's almost (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

(...) Oh yes. Mamoru Oshii is a Japanese Stanley Kubrick. Now if only he could handle his characters better... Be warned, though. The Patlabor TV series and OVAs are nothing like the films. (...) Yeah, a 12-gauge the size of a streetlamp is (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: P-38 Lightning Mark XII - contest entry.

(...) Thanks. I started with the landing gear this time. I discovered it's much easier to put it in this way than retrofitting it as I usually end up doing. In lugnet.space, Ryan Wood wrote: (...) Thanks Ryan. Don't forget to vote ;) (...) I've been (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests, FTX)

Re: New MOC: "Prowler" Autonomous Battle Tank

(...) Thanks. (...) Heh, I did consider a hover tank. But I think simply reinterpreting modern tank designs as futuristic hovering vehicles is wrong. Being able to fight in a 3d environment would drastically change the shape of a tank. My (URL) (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Built on a Sunday: The Grunnion

(...) Eric, This is certainly a cool little moc. Lots of fun! is it meant to be a minifig transport of some sort? or do my eyes decieve me, and there is no fig in there? just curious. -Lenny (21 years ago, 25-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: [MOC] YA40K Chaos Talon Fighter-Bomber

(...) Dave, this is certainly an interesting looking fighter. My reaction to it as a MOC - the color issue is the biggest. the yellow tubes look seriously out-of-place - and i think this thing would look awesome with two lines of color down each (...)   Re: Master Model Designer leaves LEGOLAND California

(...) If by that you mean I am being ambiguous, Don't worry. I will answer any and all questions regarding LEGOLAND and the modelshop to the best of my abillities. In the past I may of been held back by my employment at LEGO, but since I don't work (...) (21 years ago, 25-Feb-04, to lugnet.build)
