Re: How do you guys do it?

(...) Ditto what Kevin said. I look at my ships from five years ago, compared with FdG (see the left side bar in .build.military), and then Takao ((URL) and there's a definite progression, aside from size of course. It's a simple process of (...) (21 years ago, 27-Dec-03, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.build.ancient, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: LEGO Table discussion

(...) Jon-- Good to hear you're getting settled in. I'm very, very envious. I've been thinking about this same question, in anticipation of getting my own "workshop" back together about 12 months from now. Yes, I'm ahead of the game, for once, but (...)   Re: Minifig Venice

Very impressive. I love the detail especially some of the SNOT work. However, I can't work out how you have done the windows in the Doges Palace (and others). What are they made off? Are they transparent plates SNOT-wise? Kerry (21 years ago, 2-Jan-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

WARNING: Bootleg instruction scans CD pack

  Re: Japanese Koi

That is a very handsome sculpture, Todd. Ingenious, good proportions and very well executed. It looks beatifull, it must be even better in rael life I suppose. If I'm not mistaken, the Koi is a symbol for health and long life, therefore I believe (...) (21 years ago, 2-Jan-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: MOC: Frog

(...) How cute! And some neat SNOT tricks too! You got me tempted to make one, but I would use hinge plates for the hind legs, so he could hop. The coolest touch I see here (besides the sheer lack of size-the detail is really nice for the size) is (...) (21 years ago, 2-Jan-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)
