(...) experience, but I really like this. I'm even more glad that I asked my question, since it's given me a look at several groovy MOCs that I hadn't seen before. Thanks for your input! Dave! (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: High Hopes

(...) That's not the one I thought I was thinking of, but it's definitely the accessible arthopod abdomen that was haunting my memory. Very, very, cool model. I'm pretty sure the the one I'm after is an ant rather than a spider, though I still can't (...) (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tanks, tanks, tanks

Very nice little creations! My only complaint would be that the wheels on the trailer look too small compared to the truck. Sure, they are smaller on the original too - but not that much smaller. Now that you'r pop-up aware, download and install (...) (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) -snip- (...) Reading Chris' and Keith's replies really made me smile. They both bring up many good points and critiques, some that I agree with a lot. However, I think to really appreciate Eric's 'bots, you have to look at them as inhabitants (...) (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

E, you magnificent bastard! While this is not my favorite of your creations, as always, it is intruiging. I will now insert my patented comment about how your mecha-heads are consistently unique and cool. (...) I have to say that it looks like a (...)   Re: News from Switzerland - Major Site Update

(...) Yes, I know how that is. I've got 5 projects started with more planned. I haven't completed any of them due to lack of money and time. However, once I complete my creations I will never destroy them. I may modify them to improve upon them but (...) (21 years ago, 28-Aug-03, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Dancing Sun - Power Suit

(...) Well...this'll be a first for me, but I don't dig it. Don't get me wrong, it's got all the Sophie trademark coolness with the snot construction, the wicked head (which I really like), and always inventive joint tech. But the hip joints, while (...)   High Hopes

Quite a while back someone posted an extremely cool ant-like MOC with an abdomen based on the faceted corners (such as those used in the Adventurer's balloon). I've searched to no avail, and I was hoping someone might have some idea of what I'm (...) (21 years ago, 27-Aug-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: News from Switzerland - Major Site Update

(...) Well Todd, That cost a lot of money. Anyway, I still have five models in tact and I can build a 6th one if I want. Beat used thousand of pieces so if he has to build something new, he has to break off the machinery unfortunately.
