  Re: New kid in town!

Very nice for a first. Hell, very nice, period. I can see a lot of stuff I want to steal for my next mortar headd (if you don't mind), very creative use of limited parts. The proportions are a little off (mostly in the torso, it's just a little too (...) (21 years ago, 31-Jul-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Green Dragon v2 & 3

(...) Hey Lenny, your dragon is coming along nicely. Green is always a good choice for lizardy, reptillian things. And the accent colors were a good choice too, at least I think so. Here are a few suggestions if you'd care to read them: Widen the (...) (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Green Dragon v2 & 3

(...) Hmm, looking at this and the head i really think the whole part below the head needs to be enlarged, it really all seeems out of proportion to the head. I suggest either shrinking the head and lose some of the details or make the body larger (...) (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: AG weapons platform

(...) Nice dreads! I was thinking much much smaller, like perhaps 4-6 studs wide at the head, with however many tentacles fit. I don't have many of the CS hoses, you see. Can't be too small though, or there won't be enough space to mount the many (...) (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) hinges, etc), I had to make do with what I have. Glad that you like it. Somehow, my mecha looks nicer in pictures than in real life.   Re: New kid in town!

(...) Unless you consider all the 'bots' I built as a little boy to be mechas, this is undoubtedly my very first, although it was revised a lot of times. And thanks. (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New kid in town!

(...) I had a lot of good references. All you mechers here gave me plenty of inspiration and ideas to build my very own. I especially like those Japanese mechas. I don't think there are any Japanese here (are there?). And thanks for the warm (...) (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New kid in town!

(...) Thanks for viewing my mecha. I really like the sword idea too, but it does look a bit short for this mecha. It'll probably look better on a smaller mecha. You guys give me so much encouragement that I can't wait to start building my next (...) (21 years ago, 1-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

This is your FIRST Mecha?! I can't wait to see your future MOC's. It's going to be hard to one-up yourself with such a fabulous debut. I really like the garage door panels used for the sword. (21 years ago, 31-Jul-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
