  Re: Nuhvok-Ka

(...) Excellent job Allister! You've pulled off the fusion of brick and Bionicle brilliantly. Too bad that that's going to cost you responses in this forum where the majority of your fellow builders don't appreciate the elegance that is Bionicle. (...)   Re: The Scoop and a new/old MOC

I've got to echo what most of the others said-nice lil' mecha hardsuit you've got there, Chris! Not too beefy, but it certainly gets the point across what you don't want to tick off the suit's operator. Sorry to hear about the job loss. I hope you (...)   Re: New Mecha - The Macro Bot - Next Generation Little Bot

(...) Eric, Another amazing creation here! And in only 2 sittings (albeit 8 hr/each)!! I too really like the overall form of this fella and the limberness he has.   Re: Blacktronicle II: Bohrokitron

(...) I was a bit less than surprised, actually. Paul Coombs already mentioned that his Gremlin MOCs weren't very well-received, and this one is quite similar in concept. (...) Isn't that like saying a team is on a two-game winning streak? I've made (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Yes, they do come in the Darth Vader set, but they also come in the Super Battle Droid set. I can't be 100% sure of where those specific pieces came from, but I do happen to have a recently opened SBD sitting next to my desk (which is where (...)   Re: New Mecha - The Main Robobot, in sculpture form that is

(...) Not sure if everyone saw the post about the pre-show pics, so I wanted to draw some attention to this super piece of work. NOW go and study the Macro Bot (if you haven't already done so, like me)! -ªþ§ GardenSLUG (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: The Brick Testament lays down The Law

(...) (URL) very Vietnam execution-ish.... Does anyone have any other recreations of famous photographs done with Lego? Could make for a rather interesting brickshelf gallery. As usual, more outstanding work from the Rev (including a nifty brick (...) (21 years ago, 24-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.ancient)

  Headlight Patterns

(...) Hi, Scott. Yes, those are 1x1 headlight bricks. I first stumbled onto that building technique when I was trying to figure out a way to make God in could form in Exodus -- I needed studs poiting in four directions to attach the outer curves of (...)   Re: New Mecha - The Macro Bot - Next Generation Little Bot

(...) Yes I will do that, I want to show you guys how the Mecha breaks down into all these little sub components. Infact I would like to propose the idea of Mecha modules that can be interchanges to create all kinds of robitic variations. (...) No, (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: The Brick Testament lays down The Law

Once again Brendan, Simply awesome. I especially like the different forms of execution. I just have to ask, is your courtroom floor made up of headlight bricks pieced together? It is an incredible effect. Scott Costello (21 years ago, 23-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: The Brick Testament lays down The Law

(...) Brendan, Looks Great! I love the floor in "Settling Disputes," very creative. These four stories clearly gave you a chance to put some modernness to your models. Great use of the Studios face in "Accidental Death." Another great addition to (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

The Brick Testament lays down The Law
