  Re: Moses is Dead

(...) Although some of the images in The Brick Testament can be quite bold, I think I will probably refrain from depicting any minifigs with 'rections. @;^) (...) That's really good to hear. I do hope I'm improving with time. (...) If you have time (...) (21 years ago, 26-May-03, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: Invictus Horriblus- 'The Unconquerable Horror'

(...) Thank you, Jason! If nothing else, it's certainly my largest, most articulated model yet. (...) Perfect! You got what I was going for-Dr Frankenstein meets Monster Garage meets X number of Godzilla foes. (...) It's funny how impartant (...) (21 years ago, 26-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Invictus Horriblus- 'The Unconquerable Horror'

wow, dave! this has to be your best mecha yet. i've read some of other people's comments, and i'm going to have to put in my two cents: first of all, i love the detail of this thing. i can't believe how huge it is! the bigger a creation is, the more (...)   Re: BioniWars: SpeeToa Bike

(...) This is a great addition to the BioniWars line. Kudos on that you were able to make it without much difficultly and capture the trademarked design so well! Even if the flaps do not flap I can tell from the pictures it looks really good. Since (...) (21 years ago, 26-May-03, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)

Souped Up Tractor from the Sequim Irrigation Festival!

Hello all, This year I visited the 103th (actually I don't remember the number) Sequim Irrigation Festival. It was a really good event. It had tractor pulls, log rolling, pole climbing (with just foot holds and a rope), arts and crafts, woah, there (...)   Cool new military MOCs on brickshelf

Just wanted to let everyone in .build.military know about a few cool MOCs that popped up on brickshelf recently. First off we have have Chraller Hansen's menacing looking MiG-21. You can see it here: (URL) love the Black color scheme - gives the MOC (...) (21 years ago, 25-May-03, to lugnet.build.military)

  BioniWars: SpeeToa Bike

This is the masterpiece of this theme, coming in at 12-1/16th" long with the flaps open, and standing 7-1/4" tall when piloted. Ironically, while it does use one RoboRider head and one Throwbot foot, there aren't any original Bionicle pieces (...)   Re: Mecha Modules

(...) With enough plate click hinges, I think you could pull it off, but not on a model this size. You'd need to have it be 2-3x larger in order for hinges to look right. -D (21 years ago, 25-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Invictus Horriblus- 'The Unconquerable Horror'

(...) Great comment! I'll keep this in mind as I work on the other models. As someone who doesn't compromise, it won't be easy, but I'll work on it. (...) Yep. As I mentioned before-IH probably would have been a better looking model if I wasn't so (...) (21 years ago, 25-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
