  Re: Tony's LEGO Stuff v2.0

Tony, it looks fantastic. This just keeps reminding me how much I need to work on my site. Really, I'll get to it, I mean that. <sigh> Maybe after I win the lotto and get some free time to boot. ;p My only real suggestion, can I get a "skip (...)   Tony's LEGO Stuff v2.0

I have just put the finishing touches on my site revamp and I need your opinions and suggestions. First off I need to tell you that I used cascading style sheets (CSS). If you are not familiar with CSS it's a type of html 'language' I guess would be (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.publish.html, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

(...) Perhaps not. Eric, while I can appreciate your enthusiasm for LEGO and for your particular theme, I think you are being a bit unfair in this case. You may wish to reread some of Rich's response... specifically this part: (...) Let's hope it's (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha) !

  Re: MOC - Autobot Bitstream

(...) Thanks! Yeah, the cutting itself is pretty hard to bring myself to do. It's a good thing, too, otherwise I'd have all sorts of custom parts laying around :) I do make sure I absolutely need to mod before I do anything drastic - I spent lots of (...)   Re: MOC - Autobot Bitstream

(...) Thanks Bruce. I've always loved the challenge of transforming, and with enough experience in mecha I've learned to parse the transformation into single joints ahead of time and figure out how to build around them. It's a whole lot easier than (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: MOC - Autobot Bitstream

(...) Thanks, Gil! You know, I hadn't even thought of that. It is hard to get both the robot and car modes to look good. It sounds crazy even to me, but I think Bitstream's look is due entirely to my spending too much time looking at David Willis' (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: We need a new curator

(...) Perhaps I should have explained more in detail. It is our policy to have an Administrator or Moderator start and manage contests. Therefore, Dave was called upon to manage two of them. However, he was not able to complete them and another (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.admin.suggestions)
