I've seen so many wonderful LEGO mosaics in the last year that I've been itching to do something large-scale of my own. I could never decide on a subject to put the effort into though. Hmmm, well if you don't mind reverse knees here two small ones that don't have bionicle in them. And converting them to a human style knee would be pretty easy. Beast is more playable than Orc. (...) Sean, It's an entirely LEGO solution: the bottom tyre rests on the head and is locked in place with a 1x1 round plate (push down hard - the tyre will flare slightly over the head). Howdy, I put up some pics of a cargo system I came up with... (URL) cargo system has the benefit of a locking connector system -- when the grabber has grasped a cargo box, it won't be letting go. quick question, do the mechs have to be in minifig scale. big gun contest = 12" long gun, but the mech is in nanofig scale... ooooohhhhhhhh, I've been waiting for this one. I believe you can actually buy the unique part of this set without the 2 retail sets seperately if you call Shop @ Home. Item number is 10075 contains 25 pieces and I think it costs $7 (but I may be wrong). Definately a cheaper way of getting those (...) (22 years ago, 2-Oct-02, to lugnet.build)
