  Re: New mecha

I think this is your best mecha yet, Geordan. ;-) The legs fascinate me the most. Excellent work on the hips. The weapons and accessories are all nice (except for one of 'em ;-D). I also like the head, similar to the one you had on your Tosai. (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New mecha

thanks for the compliments Chris! (...) thanks, no stud's looks somewhat plain at times, but it let's you explore shapes more, rather than just loading everything with greeblies, plus I think if mecha were implemented in real life military use, they (...)   Powersuit Variation

Howdy all! After seeing Mladen's 'Pixie' and reading the post by Felix about an underwater powersuit, I thought I'd try one. Not really much difference between mine and Mladen's, but it's the first MOC I have built in about four months! Enjoy On my (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.aquazone)

  Re: New mecha

Geordan, great mecha. Everything about this beauty just screams old skool; that's what I love about it. Very clean with the no studs look. I love the feet and legs, and the hands are interesting, blending the tried and true minifig legs and that (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  New mecha

Hey everyone, I’ll add to the recent mecha boom with my latest, the MRM-1 (Multi Role Mecha) Volcom. Inspiration/credits: I used the hand design off the Tosai, which borrows Mladen’s finger idea ((URL) also used pictures of the helldiver and the (...)   Re: Three New MOCs!

Okay, thanks for clearing that up for me Jeff. I therefore apoligize to Jonathan, I misinterpreted your post. Sorry man. Next time, I'll make sure to put more point-defence weapons on my tank models. Thanks again Jeff. ;-D (...) -snipped a lot of (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Three New MOCs!

(...) Thanks Paul! (...) Well, I picked the colour scheme 'cause of both necessity (in terms of parts needed for what I was going to build) and originality (it's a relatively unexplored colour combo). I agree, there is not enough tan, but hey, I (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: More Rising Sun Mecha

Wicked finds Eric! I've seen a few of those before, but some are brand new to my eyes. I particularly like seeing how our Eastern friends approach bipedal mecha. They seem to have a style all to themselves. It's really amazing, IMHO. Again, great (...) (22 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
