Well, if you actually read the write-up and looked closer at the pics, you'd
see it has other defences, as follows:

I looked at the pictures and read the description; it seems like it would
be better as a spacecraft or artillery or something like that.  It is too tall
to use the terrain as cover, and it seems like it would be rather easy to tip
over.  For the record, I think it looks great, it just doesn't say "tank" to
me.
