  Re: Military Aircraft Teaser Images

(...) I did not reailze that it was you who built the Fletcher. That is easily one of the best LEGO warships out there. It mush have been tough to work that much detail into that model at that scale. If anybody has enough grey and dark grey pieces (...) (23 years ago, 31-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Military Aircraft Teaser Images

(...) Thanks Gil. I'm actually quite proud of how the MiG-21 turned out. When I first tried to build the MiG, I used standard wing plates to make the delta wing, but this technique didn't provide the proper wing aspect ratio. In many ways, the (...)   Re: T-ANK R19

I like! I like the hip joint idea (curious to try that out), and I like the shoulders (the diamond shapes= very cool), I like the red armour (not too much of it-- very nice touch) and I like the arabian elf-shoe effect. In short, very cool. I like (...) (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: T-ANK R19

hey dude, looks nice. You have some really sweet shapes in the arms, and the legs, and the upper torso is pretty swell too. But I really think that some parts of it coulda be filled out more, such as the thighs and the upper arms. Just some tips. (...) (23 years ago, 29-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: My Lego Parthenon building.

(...) Heel mooi! That's gorgeous. Don't store any powder in it, though. (Are you going to replicate the "ruined" look at some point? To me, that's always been very powerful.) LFB (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: Easter MOC: Mecha 002: Lucifer

(...) No, it's no war machine. It could be used Kamikaze style though, if one could manage to get behind enemy lines it can fall down causing some degree of damage. Or perhaps dropped onto the headquarters by a few huge helicopters etc. :) (...) (...) (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Military Aircraft Teaser Images

Bryce, Amazing stuff....feels like a page right out of Janes. Particuliarly the MiGs....the oblong profiles are always so difficult to render. The SNOT use on the MiG 21 works beautifully. Can't wait to see more! Cheers, -G (...) (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Military Aircraft Teaser Images

Hi again Bryce Thanks for all new pictures coming up in a short time. Your models reveals a genuine interest and a lot of knowledge of modern combat aircraft. Your F-14 Bombcat is so good I can't wait to try copying your creation with my parts. F-14 (...) (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Warehouse Detailing

(...) The other suggestions in this thread are all great (I love the LoM Fan idea!). I would also consider an occasional drain pipe or electrical conduit -maybe just a stack of 1X1 rounds or 2X2 rounds connecting the roof to a sloped "spout" at the (...)   Re: Walmart in East Syracuse has EP II

(...) I'm definitely going to have to grab me one (at least) of those sets for that head. Cool use of the Islander Babe torso. Stop-motion animated LEGO belly-dancing here I come! Greg (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny, lugnet.year.2002, lugnet.build.minifigs)
