  www.swatonline.org goes live

Hello. You may remember my website, SWAT: Some Weird Action Team. Well, it hasn't been updated in a while.... because I was getting www.swatonline.org set up! That's right, your favorite midget-alien-fighting team has gotten itself a new URL with (...) (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) a (...) don't (...) LOL! Thanks Stuart, but I see so many large creations from everyone. You yourself built that huge (and great looking) Bullfrog! How can small models compete with such juggernauts?! ;-D (...) Thank you! I'm glad you like it (...) (23 years ago, 16-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New mecha...

(...) Gosh, Mladen, you should know by now that it's not _size_that counts. I think most of us would agree that some of the most innovative ideas (especially in non-traditional piece-use) have ceom from the smaller mechs. Once again, you've created (...)   Re: New Chateau MOC

Hey... looks very nice... well done... What happened to the gaps between the bricks? Imho some lego style is lost that way. The Walls look very slick if there are no bricks. Play well Carsten "Brad Hamilton" <bhamilto1@home.com> schrieb im (...) (23 years ago, 16-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Brick Color

(...) Great question! I've read most of the responses and found many of them to be almost scientific in methodology. I'll put in my two (non-scientific) studs worth. My collection spans more than 25 years and whenever I think of building big, I (...) (23 years ago, 16-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

(...) ! I wonder if the French original is even close to that! (...) Ok, here goes: I LOVE IT! Well, maybe not the colours... but the design is very, very good! I looked at the wireframe, it must have been difficult to see through all those lines. (...) (23 years ago, 16-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

  New Chateau MOC

Hello all, Here is my latest creation: (URL) is a large mansion styled after a French chateau. This is actually a model of a real house in Palos Verdes Estates, (Los Angeles CA). The actual house is currently for sale. I found it in a high-end (...) (23 years ago, 16-Dec-01, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town) !

(...) mysterious ways and ends up being very aesthetically pleasing. I too liked the ninja wings to be used for sails, as well as the details that went into the interior. Overall, the whole ship is sturdy looking, and elements just "fit" - like they (...) (23 years ago, 16-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build, lugnet.castle.org.cw)

  Re: Xander's Airship: The Athena

(...) Hehe. Space is at a premium on an airship of this size, so of course they're going to share the bed. But yes, they do have a pretty comfortable relationship ;) As for doing an airship, I needed one in order to be able to change locales (...)
