  Re: Magnetic Levitator

Chris, I remember when we were at the Lugola meeting and you said you were gonna make this device and incorporate Lego into it, and now walllllllaaaaa! More below.... (...) Elegant! (...) Right on! (...) hee hee Hey that's interesting 'cause I'm (...) (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

Re: Merry Christmas from The Brick Testament

(...) Thanks. I am sure the question of racism as reflected in sets released by TLC has been discussed to death elsewhere. I guess their licensing agreements are going to inevitably lead them in a different direction, especially if they have to (...) (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: Merry Christmas from The Brick Testament

(...) Much thanks, Aaron. (...) At least 4 1x1 dark grey cones are available in the UCS Tie Interceptor. But I must have gotten them from somewhere else, because my UCS Tie was still fully intact when I built that ram. LEGO certainly hasn't made it (...)   Re: Merry Christmas from The Brick Testament

(...) I think Bible imagery has to be really watered-down for it NOT to be extremely graphic. I chose to pull no punches in my illustrations. Frankly I'm surprised anyone would want their kids reading that book. (...) Go ahead, but please do give (...) (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.ancient)

  MOC: The Cypher

Hi all, The Cypher is my most recent mecha. These pics were taken with a 35mm camera, so excuse the blurriness. I was simply trying to make a reverse-kneed minifig-scale mecha. I'm really beginning to love the grey and tan color scheme. (URL) (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Blacktron Contest entry

(...) Was I the only kid that absoloutely hated that? Renegade, Battrax and Alienator all had pins pointing forward, but Invader had to have 'em pointing the other way. Annoyed me that I could do two cockpits back to back, couldn't put Invader's (...) (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: Blacktron Contest entry

(...) That isn't really necessary- note that the pins and holes are different in various models. The Battrax cockpit has holes in the back, and the Invader cockpit has pins in its back. And now that I've looked at the official instructions, it does (...) (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: bullfrog

(...) Excellent. I think you did a very nice job of making rounded shoulders. Reminds me of one of Masamune Shirow's Landmates from Appleseed. I don't recall very many Technic scale mecha before. Cool. ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 7-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
