  Japanese guy's Bf 109,

Hey pretty cool, Not very clean, espeically up front, but still cool, love the landing gear. (URL) know someone isn't going to be too happy. ;-) -Geordan- (23 years ago, 25-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: M3 Halftrack in Japan

Heh... I use Babel Fish all the time when viewing all these Japanese sites. Like you mentioned Ross, it's *far* from perfect, but at least it's [1] something! ;-D Mladen Pejic, over and out! (URL) Especially if you want to know small details like (...) (23 years ago, 25-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) Go to (URL) and type the URL in there. It's not perfect, but you can usually get the gist. ROSCO (23 years ago, 25-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Billund Building question

(...) Thank you! That is the only explanation I can come up with as well. I will have to go home & experiment. Thanks again. Jonathan (23 years ago, 24-Oct-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Billund Building question

(...) The curved parts are 1x2 bricks, which have enough of a gap to be flexed into a curve. The curved section is 60+ studs across, although it's wonderfully scaled, so it's not easy to tell that it's that big. Each of the windows appears to be ~10 (...)   Billund Building question

I was poking through Brickshelf & came across this pic taken from Billund. Does anyone have any thoughts as to how the curve was made? It looks to smooth to be typical bricks staggered at full or even 1/2 stud intervals. (URL) can that be? Thanks (...) (23 years ago, 24-Oct-01, to lugnet.build)

(...) I agree...it loads very slowly. The picture(s) could probably be reduced to about 50-80 KB without much loss in quality, especially if reduced from the original photos. --Bram Bram Lambrecht bram@bldesign.org www.bldesign.org (23 years ago, 24-Oct-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.ancient)

M-2 "Liberty" Varient of M-Series Craft

Here is the M-2 Varient. It isn't what I thought it was going to be earlier. This varient is a fast courier-like vessel, with speed in design. It is armed with four missiles, and an Electromagnetic Pulse Emitter on the topside. It is equipped with (...) (23 years ago, 24-Oct-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)

(...) Agreed- it's an incredible castle. I too am glad to get to see the pictures! The sheer size is impressive, and the shape is executed very well. I do have one question, though- is that roof orange? If so, that's a lot of pumpkin packs! -- Tony (...) (23 years ago, 24-Oct-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.ancient)

"(URL) is using the V3 free web-redirection service to point to their page, so when their IP changes, they can just update the number at V3, and the address "go.to/carneycastle" stays the same. (...) (...) I must differ on this point. There is an attenuated series of portals which although pretty buries the real "matter" of the site. Further, the first page portal seems to have one of those scripts which bombs the back button (at least in IE). I (...) (23 years ago, 23-Oct-01, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.ancient)

  M3 Halftrack in Japan

Hi all, K'taark pointed out this sight with some great military models on it a couple of weeks ago, but I figured it would be worthwhile to point everybody in the direction again.
