Re: obsessive-compulsive (was Re: Technic piece wanted.)

(...) Hmm. First instinct is to play with the case-sensitivity. (2 URLs) work, but the same URL's with lowercase directories don't. I'm not sure about the browser you're using (I'm in Netscape 4.5), but I would say play with the case until it works (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) Nope, but I can see how you might think that. Most of the model(1) sits right on the baseplates, but some parts are built onto/into the mountain wall that runs around 3 sides - it's a box canyon sort of thing.   obsessive-compulsive (was Re: Technic piece wanted.)

(...) I know *exactly* where you're coming from. My current project has a 4 story tower that starts about 7 bricks above ground (mountainscape) The outside is modeled with BURPs and black & grey bricks, but I was running very short on bricks at the (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

The GMLTCers rag on me all the time because I want to get details that the public will not see correct, such as making buildings symmetrical and architectually (...)   Robotic Arms

I am looking for information concerning robotic arms. Does anyone know of any ideas/instructions (Ledit) available on the net? The one on the Mindstorms box looks interesting. Any information on this arm please? Many thanks. (25 years ago, 16-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

Re: The ULITMATE LEGO Storage containers from Israel!!!!

ZAG is marketed in Europe too (at least in the Netherlands). I store part of my LEGO in portable ZAG drawer chests. (I find all kinds of pieces need all kinds of containers - unfortunately). Eric Brok (25 years ago, 15-Jun-99, to lugnet.build)

  MOC: LEGO Darth Maul

I've recently built a huge mosaic of Darth Maul (28 inches tall). Hopefully I won't get in trouble with copyright police. My secret dream (well, it's no longer a secret now :-) ) is to have this piece signed by George Lucas. (URL) (25 years ago, 13-Jun-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.starwars)
