(...) Use more light sources, all the same "temperature" (don't mix halogen, flourescent and incadescent), from different angles, and diffuse it. You can diffuse the light using a diffuser (expensive if you aren't into photography as a hobby), or (...) (23 years ago, 23-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) has a nice contrast to its background. In MS04, the background is primarily black with some red (the scaffolding), the same colors as the mecha. This could definitely contribute to the feeling that MS04 is 'murky badness'. Steve (23 years ago, 23-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
