Re: New MOC: 10 wide Peterbilt Model 379 Truck with Trailer

Bram, Once again you show us how it should be done (ack, now 8 wide trucks seem to small...!). The trailer looks perfect (can't quite see... how does it attach to the tractor? Does it allow for vertical bending for hills??). I really would like to (...) (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build)

RE: New MOC: A6M Zero World War II Fighter

(...) Thanks! Probably wouldn't have occured to me if I weren't so obsessed with retractable landing gear :) Unfortunately, you can't build anything much bigger than the Zero I built with the steering wheels. (...) Yes. --Bram Bram Lambrecht (...) (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: HoverThing Entry #2: Harley-Davidson Jet-Cycle

(...) Okay, now that thing is COOL! You never cease to amaze me with the little details you can pack into your models. Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) well (...) "useless throwbot arms" That's exactly what Dave was saying not to do. Why destroy a piece when you can work around it? I didn't have to chop off any pieces from my Bionicle ball-joint arms; I incorporated them into the design. (...) (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) I appreciate the nod, but I used absolutely no Buy-onicle parts whatsoever in my latest mecha. I used the ball and socket bits from C-3P0, and I used two ball bits that I chopped off the end of those useless throwbot arms. (Egad!) In a related (...)   Re: Announcing: The Mecha Factory

(...) Wow. I mean, WOW. That is really... um... dang. I think there's a picture of this in the dictionary, next to "mecha" *whistles* ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Structures Update: Mayor Dubin's House

(...) Hey Chris! The hous looks great!! I really liked the attic actually. That's a cool use of a space that normally goes to waste! I also really like how efficiently you used the interior, and all the details you included! (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.castle, lugnet.build)

Re: Mark's Lego Creations Update 08/17/01

Mark Do you have some close up photos of the door/ladder? I can't quite tell how you have the door open and recess. What keeps it from falling out completely? (and yes I am spamcake drive capable, although I am low on my supply right now) I'm trying (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: New MOC: A6M Zero World War II Fighter

(...) Zero in a minimum of pieces. Did you try adding guns over the engine? I'm not sure what would work there without spoiling the lines, though. George (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: New MOC: A6M Zero World War II Fighter

(...) And the landing gear is certainly very clever! Did you get the idea when you made the "hoverthing" entry? Fredrik (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: which set?

(...) Hi Leah, My sympathies on the loss of your son. I've made a picture-page that may be of use to you - it's all the one-piece boat hulls, and clicking on a picture brings you to the LUGNET page for the set. There are several sets with hulls like (...) (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.build)
