  Re: Lego Dragons/Dinosaurs

(...) Hello Keith, Today I've tried to make a dragon during lunch. At the moment I'm working abroad, so I don't have LDraw and only some LEGO pieces that I picked up on a fleamarket Saturday. My terrifying dragon ended up being more a cute dinosaur (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.build)

  A cool Hummer

Hi all, Apotome just updated his excellent "Expert Builder" site. He added my ULV-017 model (minor horn toot), but more interestingly, he also added something not seen before. A really great Technic version of the Hummer by Jason Hendren. I highly (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Minifig Cryo Chamber

(...) What I've used for "infantry dropships" might work too--I use the curved trans-blue canopies (the one you get four of on the Nebula Outpost) and build little enclaves into the wall. The problem is that they're hard to put *inside*--they've (...) (25 years ago, 23-May-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Steerable town rig

I need to chime in again. This little vehicle is fun to play with too! I haven't had so much fun playing with a LEGO vehicle since I built my 8459 (highly recommended if you like Technic). Thanks again Fredrik, I sincerely wish I had the mechanical (...) (25 years ago, 22-May-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.cad)

  Re: Minifig Cryo Chamber

(...) Pretty cool. If the unit is against the wall, you could actually build it into the wall, to save a bit of floor space. With the wall extended by one stud past the black frame, you'd still get a bit of white sticking out. I like using the (...) (25 years ago, 21-May-99, to lugnet.build)
