Hi all, Just a discovery of another use for the 8-wide cylinder system here: I noticed that the half-arch system--both upper *and* lower-- have arcs that are 1/4 of an 8-wide circle. I've settled on the colours after fiddlin with the CAD format of the spit, it's either going to be brown and green mixed together, or tan and green mixed. Neither of them look half bad IMO. (...) (23 years ago, 3-Aug-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

Thanks! Great pages with lots of pics! I've gotten about a three foot pile of books on WWII aircraft and spits over the past two weeks so I'm up to my knees in resources ( literally!)
