I've settled on the colours after fiddlin with the CAD format of the spit, it's either going to be brown and green mixed together, or tan and green mixed. Neither of them look half bad IMO. (...) (23 years ago, 3-Aug-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

Thanks! Great pages with lots of pics! I've gotten about a three foot pile of books on WWII aircraft and spits over the past two weeks so I'm up to my knees in resources ( literally!) Yeah I thought of making the spitfire two tone of tan and green or something like that, but the results aren't very apealing, it is impossible to get smooth camo lines with lego, that's why I figured that I may do decals instead, I'm still (...)
