Well, I've finished all the site building I'm doing today, but I needed to point out a little something for the .mecha folks. Not one, not two, but three previously unpublished mecha that were supposed to debut at the LUGOLA meeting on the 4th. (...) (...) G'day Geordan, You might be interested in trying the "verdigris" light green used in the Statue of Liberty set for the underside. I've settled on the colours after fiddlin with the CAD format of the spit, it's either going to be brown and green mixed together, or tan and green mixed. Neither of them look half bad IMO. (...) (23 years ago, 3-Aug-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)

Thanks! Great pages with lots of pics! I've gotten about a three foot pile of books on WWII aircraft and spits over the past two weeks so I'm up to my knees in resources ( literally!) Thanks for the idea! I'm toying now with using lots of 1x1 plates (...) (23 years ago, 2-Aug-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)
